profiling of hypothalamus from mice s.c. injected with CT-26wt colon carcinoma cells vs. PBS

(Submitter supplied) The main function of the nervous system is to maintain homeostasis by sensing and reacting to signals that reach a certain threshold. For example, the brain can sense immune peripheral events through soluble compounds or the vagus nerve and can react through activation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis, resulting in the modulation of an ongoing immune response. Cancer progression is characterized by high mutation rates, with each mutation potentially promoting alarm signals during the 10 to 15 years of cancer development before clinical detection. more...

mwg-10k-6

(Submitter supplied) 50 mer mouse 10K oligo-set (MWG, Germany) were resuspended in 15 ul of DMSO 50% (Stock solution plates). 5 ul from each oligo of the stock solution were transferred to a 384 well plate (Whatman Inc) (Working solution plates). Oligos in the working solution plates were printed onto UltraGap Slides (Corning) using a Versarray chipwriter (Bio-Rad) with Stealth Micro Spotting quill pins (Telechem). Humidity was set at 45%, and temperature was 22-25°C. more...
