Analysis of LCM-captured compartments from cv. Asgrow A3237 seeds containing cotyledon-stage embryos. Whole seeds at cotyledon-stage also examined. The various compartments play distinct roles in seed formation. Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms involved in seed development.
