MNase titration reveals differences between nucleosome occupancy and chromatin accessibility

(Submitter supplied) Chromatin accessibility plays a fundamental role in gene regulation. One mechanism to regulate accessibility is nucleosome placement, which is often measured by quantifying protection of DNA from enzymatic digestion.
