Bile ductular differentiation of embryonic hepatoblasts: time course

Temporal analysis of hepatoblast cell line 3 (HBC-3) cells grown on Matrigel to induce in vitro bile ductular differentiation. HBC-3 line is derived from liver diverticulum on day 9.5 of gestation.

Mouse 27K array (AECOM)

(Submitter supplied) Spotted long oligonucleotide array on glass. These cDNA microarrays were obtained from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Functional Genomics Facility. 27400 sequence verified mouse clones were spotted in each array.
