(Submitter supplied) Purpose: Evaluate gene expression profiles after inducing differentiation in cultured interstitial cystitis (IC) and control urothelial cells. Materials and Methods: Bladder biopsies were taken from IC patients and controls (women having surgery for stress incontinence).
