(Submitter supplied) We found a total of 110 known miRNAs were identified by aligning the sequencing data with the known C. carpio miRNAs listed in miRBase 20.0. From 29 known miRNAs that were differentially expressed in low- and high-temperature groups, as compared with in control group, we selected 10 (let-7a, miR-135c, miR-184, miR-203a-3p, miR-210-3p, miR-27d, miR-301a, miR-92b-3p, miR-187 and miR-10d-5p) for validation by quantitative real-time PCR.
