Microarray-based miRNA expression in fluid shear stress-stimulated collateral blood vessels

(Submitter supplied) collateral tissue from rats was isolated to assess miRNA expression changes between quiescent and growing blood vessels A total of ten total RNA samples were processed. 800 ng of total RNA from each sample was subjected to two different labeling reactions (AF665 and AF546). Two differentially labeld reactions were combined into one tube and loaded onto the arrays.
