Divergent gene-expression profiles between proepicardium and epicardium differentiation

(Submitter supplied) The HH16/17 chicken proepicardium (PE) gives rise to the embryonic epicardium (Epi) which significantly contributes formation of the coronary vasculature during cardiac development. Oligos were designed using gene predictions from Ensembl and TIGR, together with full-length cDNAs from the BBSRC UMIST ChickEST database (http://chick.umist.ac.uk/) and chicken bursal EST sequences from Jean-Marie Buerstedde's DT40 database.
