Pioneer factor-nucleosome binding events during differentiation are motif-encoded

(Submitter supplied) Though the in vitro structural and in vivo spatial characteristics of transcription factor (TF) binding are well defined, TF interactions with chromatin and other companion TFs during development are poorly understood.
