Utz Lab Whole Protein Autoantigen Array V1.0

(Submitter supplied) Whole protein or synthetic peptide antigens were purchased from commercial vendors as described in the data table. Antigens were resuspended in 0.2 mg/ml in 1X phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4. Custom microarrays were printed with the Bio-Rad Chip Writer Pro on Whatman FAST slides, with each antigen printed in 6 replicates. Arrays were stored vacuum-packed for up to 2 months at 4 degrees Celsius before use.
