The basis for the abnormal glycosylation in IgAN is still unknown, but an important involvement of the enzyme core 1, beta 1,3-galactosyltransferase 1 (C1GALT1) is known. Agilent-019118 Human miRNA Microarray 2.0 G4470B (Feature Number version)

(Submitter supplied) Agilent Human miRNA Microarray version 2 8x15K (G4470B) annotated against the Sanger miRBASE 12.0 database of miRNAs. The microarray is designed to contain probes specific for each of the human miRNAs in Sanger miRBASE 10.1, as well as probes specific to the human viral miRNAs in this database. Arrays of this design have barcodes that begin with 16019118 or 2519118.
