Genome-wide methylation profile of mitochondrial DNA across bovine preimplantation development

(Submitter supplied) This study characterized variations in the methylation profile of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) during initial bovine embryo development and correlated the presence of methylation with mtDNA transcription.
