Transcriptome comparison between Old vs young rat retinae

(Submitter supplied) Visual decline in the elderly is often attributable to retinal aging, which predisposes the tissue to pathologies including age-related macular degeneration. Currently, effective oral pharmacological interventions for retinal degeneration are limited.
