Transcriptional responses of Tanreqing treated Pseudomonas aeruginosa cells

(Submitter supplied) Analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 (ATCC 15692) treated by Tanreqing. PAO1 cells are evaluated with RNA-seq to understand the genes affected by this antibacterial agent. Our results provide new vision on the mode of action by Tanreqing.

Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of control of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 and diallyl disulphide-treated P. aeruginosa PAO1 Transcriptomes

(Submitter supplied) Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare transcriptome profiling of control of P. aeruginosa PAO1 (RNA-seq) to transcriptome profiling of diallyl disulphide-treated P. aeruginosa PAO1 and to evaluate protocols for optimal high-throughput data analysis. Methods: Every 50 mL LB medium was inoculated exponential growth phase of P. more...

Effect of sodium houttuyfonate on transcriptome of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

(Submitter supplied) The purpose of this experiment is to analyze the changes of transcriptome in Pseudomonas aeruginosa under the action of sodium houttuyfonate (SH), thus revealing the possible mechanism of sodium houttuyfonate inhibiting P. aeruginosa. We analyzed these data in order to compare the transcriptional differences of P. aeruginosa in SH medication group and blank control group.
