Analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from osteoarthritis (OA) patients. Patients participated in the Genetics osteoARthritis and Progression (GARP) study. Results provide insight into the feasibility of using gene expression profiling of PBMCs to detect the onset of OA.
