Interferons effect on endothelial cells

Analysis of endothelial cells treated with interferon (IFN) alpha, beta, or gamma for 5 hours. The effect of IFNs on fibroblasts was also examined. Results provide insight into the molecular basis of the antiangiogenic activity exhibited by IFNs.
