Analysis of basal, luminal secretory, stromal fibromuscular, and endothelial cells of the prostate. Cell types separated with magnetic cell sorting (MACS) based on cell-type specific cluster designation (CD) antigens. Results identify gene expression signatures at the level of individual cell types.
