Zebrafish response to microbiota

(Submitter supplied) Vertebrates are colonized at birth by complex microbial communities (microbiota) that influence diverse aspects of host biology. We have used a functional genomics approach to identify zebrafish genes that are differentially expressed in response to the microbiota.
