Gene expression time course analysis during apical and basal regeneration in Hydra

(Submitter supplied) After section, Hydra regenerate each missing part within 2 to 3 days. This study was designed to allow tracking of gene expression levels during apical and basal regeneration and to compare these different regenerative contexts systematically.
