Status Public on Jan 02, 2018
Title INO80 Chromatin Remodelling Coordinates Metabolic Homeostasis with Cell Division
Organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed RNA-seq across the yeast metabolic cycle (YMC) in wild-type and a strain lacking ARP5, a central component of the INO80 chromatin remodelling complex. We also perform ATAC-seq on the same samples to examine chromatin architecture across the YMC.

Overall design RNA-seq and ATAC-seq in wild-type and arp5∆ yeast
