Title |
CD44s regulated miRNAs in head and neck cancer cells. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by array
|
Summary |
To investigate the function of the microRNAs involved in drug resistance in head and neck cancer, we overexpressed CD44s gene and GFP gene into oral squamous cancer cell line, SAS-3.4 cells. The phenotypes were analyzed and transcriptome of them were investigated.

Overall design |
Two genes (CD44s, GFP) were overexpressed into SAS-3.4 cells that are head and neck cancer cells. And then, we extracted RNA and did microarray.
