Title CD44s regulated miRNAs in head and neck cancer cells.

Summary To investigate the function of the microRNAs involved in drug resistance in head and neck cancer, we overexpressed CD44s gene and GFP gene into oral squamous cancer cell line, SAS-3.4 cells. The phenotypes were analyzed and transcriptome of them were investigated.
 
Overall design Two genes (CD44s, GFP) were overexpressed into SAS-3.4 cells that are head and neck cancer cells. And then, we extracted RNA and did microarray.
