Title Next Generation Sequencing of CRC tissue

Summary Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide. However, the underlying mechnism of cancer development remain largely unknown. The aim of this study is to analyze transcriptome expression profile to understand the molecular mechanism in CRC development.
 
Overall design RNA-depleted total RNA sequence was performed to profile transcriptome expression using 8 normal and 8 human tumor tissues
