Series GSE143611 Query DataSets for GSE143611
Status Public on May 05, 2023
Title Expression data from food colorants treated C. elegans
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Effects of food colorants in C. elegans gene expression is studied.
Microarrays were used to analyze the global programme of gene expression underlying the lifespan change and identified distinct classes of up/down-regulated genes in animals treated with food colorants.
Overall design C. elegans young adults treated with Tartrazine and Ponceau Red from L1 stage were selected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarray chips.
