Title Genome-wide identification of m6A-related transcriptional profiles in cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and intervention of Buyang Huanwu Decoction
Organism Rattus norvegicus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary To reveal the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on m6A related transcriptional profiles of cortex in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury

Overall design Three-condition experiment: control group, model group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BHD) group. The middle cerebral artery embolization method was used to replicate thecerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model in all groups except the control group. After 7 days of intervention, Arraystar Rat Epitranscriptomic microarray was used to screen m6A differentially methylated lncRNAs and mRNAs.
