Summary |
The aim of our study was to investigate the functions of Grhl transcription factor in the kidney. We used microarrays to detect altered expression of genes knowed to be involved in susceptibility to hypertension and/or in the regulation of blood pressure.

We used 8 Grhl1-/- and 7 Grhl1+/+ mice of age about 6 months.
