Title Resistance to Palbociclib involves multiple mechanisms amenable to targeting with drug holidays or drug switching to improve therapeutic outcome [Affymetrix]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome variation profiling by SNP array
SNP genotyping by SNP array
Summary Combination of CDK4/6 inhibitors and endocrine therapy has been shown to improve clinical outcome in advanced estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. However, not all patients will benefit and relapse is inevitable making the identification of new therapeutic strategies/biomarkers of particular importance.

Overall design Affymetrix Genome-wide Human SNP Array 6.0 arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from the target cell lines using QIAamp DNA mini kit according to the manusfacturer’s instructions (Qiagen).
