Description |
20 random DNA barcodes flanked by pGEX adapters
|
Data processing |
FASTQC initial quality and copy number analysis. This is the only result needed for the validating SRiD: DNA barcode generator and management system. Further alignments are not necessary for our project. Copy numbers are generated automatically by FASTQC software during the initial quality check-up step. Here, the term 'copy number' refers to the final number of individual DNA barcodes/sequences that are significantly represented in a high throughput sequencing run. Supplementary_files_format_and_content: FASTQC output which includes number of significant sequences and their respective percent representation in our screen.
