Title |
pancreatic cancer cell, non-irradiated, biological rep 1 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
pancreatic cancer cell line, non-irradiated
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
tissue: pancreatic cancer cell line: PANC-1 treatment: non-irradiated
Treatment protocol |
Pancreatic cancer cells were irradiated with 10Gy/0Gy using an Oncor linear accelerator, and collected at 24h after radiation for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarray.
Growth protocol |
Pancreatic cancer cells were seeded into culture plate overnight with 2% FBS in culture medium
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated ds cDNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 6.25 ug fragmented ds Cdna
Hybridization protocol |
Following labelling, ~20 ug of cDNA were hybridized at 45C hybridization oven, at 60 rpm for 16 hr on Array. GeneChips were washed and stained with Affymetrix® Hybridization, Wash and Stain Kit using the FS450_0001 fluidics protocol
Scan protocol |
Arrays were scanned using the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.
Description |
whole transcript data from PANC-1 cells without irradiation
Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) using Affymetrix Expression Console™ Software Version 1.0. The trimmed mean target intensity of each array was arbitrarily set to 100.
