8-day-white-light grown seedlings were treated 1 hr shade before harvesting for pHTR13::HTR13-HA and pHTR5::HTR5-HA DNA extraction using HA antibodies. And 6-day-white-light grown seedlings were treated 1 hr shade before harvesting for Col-0 extraction using H3K56ac antibodies.

Raw sequence reads were initially processed by FASTQC for quality control, and then adapter sequences and poor quality reads were removed by using CUTADAPT Quality filtered reads were then mapped to Tair10 using STAR Read counts were calculated by using htseq-count The peak calling was used MACS2 software with cutoff qvalue < 0.05 Genome_build: Tair 10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: BW
