The Arabidopsis seedlings were grown on MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium plates with a 16 h light/8 h dark photoperiod at 22°C.

Arabidopsis seedlings were corss-linked by 1% formaldehyde. Chromatin were clarified from sonicated nuclei and were isolated with GFP or H3K9Ac antibodies. Libraries were built for ChIP-seq (Illumina Novaseq 6000; 150-bp pair-end sequencing)

Data processing |
Basecalling performed using bcl2fastq. The clean reads were aligned to Arabidopsis genome (TAIR10) using Bowtie2. MACS2 was used to identify GFP ChIP-enriched peaks. SICER2 was used to identify H3K9Ac ChIP-enriched peaks. Assembly: TAIR10 Supplementary files format and content: bigWig files were generated using bamCoverage.
