Single cell suspensions of StRG colorectal tumors were sorted for CD45+ and collected into tubes containing PBS with 0.04% BSA.
The cell suspensions were loaded on a Chromium Connect Single Cell Liquid Handler (10X Genomics) and RNA-seq and V(D)J libraries were prepared using Chromium Next GEM Automated Single Cell 5’ Kit, v2 (10X Genomics)
