Growth protocol All animals were housed in polysulfone cages containing drinking water and chow (Laboratory Irradiated Rodent Diet 5LG4, LabDiet) ad libitum.

Extraction protocol Genomic DNA was extracted and purified from Placentas samples using Phenol:Chloroform according to lab protocols. Then samples were Bisulfite-treated using Qiagen EpiTect Bisulfite Conversion Kit.
