Bladder Urothelial Proliferation of Uncertain Malignant Potential

Definition

Marked thickening of the bladder urothelium with minimal or absent cytologic atypia and absence of true papillary formations. It is found most commonly on routine follow-up cystoscopy in patients with a history of papillary urothelial neoplasms. (WHO 2016) [from NCI]
