081229_Dm_JM_ChIP_1_HX1 Drosophila melanogaster tiling array

(Submitter supplied) Roche NimbleGen and J.R. Manak designed this array set constituted of two 2.1 million feature microarrays using Genome Release 5. It contains 50-mer oligonucleotide probes with a median probe spacing of 33 bp. Repeat rich sequences such as heterochromatin and transposons were included in the design.
