(Submitter supplied) non-commercial array Protocol: PCR product array of ORF's from Campylobacter jejuni strains NCTC 11168, 81-176, RM1048, RM1050, RM3193 (260.94), RM1045, RM1555, 43446. PCR products resuspended in resuspended to an average concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg µl-1 in 20 µl of 50% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) containing 0.3× Saline-Sodium Citrate (SSC). Spotted on Corning barcoded UltraGAPS slides using a GeneMachine Accent printer with ChipMaker pins.
