(Submitter supplied) Oligonucleotides were purchased as 3′-amino-modified oligos from Metabion (Martinsried, Germany) and applied at a final concentration of 10 μM in Spotting Buffer 1 (Quantifoil Micro Tools, Jena, Germany). Arrays were spotted using a Microgrid II spotting machine (BioRobotics Inc., Cambridge, UK) according to the instructions of the manufacturer and assembled into ArrayStrips.
