Transcriptome response of Gluconobacter oxydans against five typical aldehyde inhibitors

(Submitter supplied) Toxic inhibitory compounds from lignocellulose pretreatment are the major obstacle to achieve high bioconversion efficiency in biorefinery fermentations.
