(Submitter supplied) Purpose: Understanding the iron-responsive regulatory networks in Cryptococcus neoformans. Methods: The transcriptome profiles of the wild-type, cir1 mutant and hapX mutant were generated by RNA-seq using Illumina Hiseq, in triplicate.
