Drosophila CNS mitochondrial dysfunction with ATF4 inhibition RNA-Seq

(Submitter supplied) Mitochondrial dysfunction causes biophysical, metabolic and signalling changes that alter homeostasis and reprogram cells. We used a Drosophila model in which TFAM is overexpressed in the nervous system with or without knock-down of the ER UPR transcription factor ATF4, to investigate the how mitochondrial dysfunction and ER stress signalling affect the transcriptome.
