Transcriptome analysis of dissected muscle tissue from whole-animal Drosophila melanogaster tumour models across a time course.

(Submitter supplied) Transcriptomic profiling along a time course of muscle wasting revealed a progressive deregulation of muscle structure and organisation. An array of molecular signatures were associated with this deregulation, including a perturbed ubiquitin-proteasome system, an increase in the unfolded protein response, and an increase in MAPK pathway signalling.
