cDNA array 6800 genes (NIB) - HaCaT J10 3h - 0.5&2 Gy

(Submitter supplied) Huamn HaCaT keratinocytes were cultured to confluence (day10). Differentiated confluent cells were irradiated at 0.5 Gy or 2 Gy. RNA from irradiated cells was compared to RNA from non-irradiated reference cells in a dye-swap hybridization procedure 3 h after irradiation. (Submitter supplied) A collection of 5760 full length cDNA clones from the human infant brain 1NIB library kindly gifted by Genethon as bacterial colonies in 96-well microtitre plates. These clones were characterized by 5' and 3' sequencing. Plasmids containing clones were grown in Escherichia coli by standard microbiological methods.
