(Submitter supplied) Corning Ultra-GAPS (TM) slides are spotted with 64 pins (8x8) therefore the spotted area is divide into 3 metablocks, each containing 64 blocks of 196 spots (14x14). Protocol: A.thaliana genes were predicted with Eugene software (Foissac S. et al., Nucleic Acids Res., 2003) and gene-specific sequence tags were automatically designed (Thareau et al. Bioinformatics, 2003 Nov 22).
