(Submitter supplied) The aim of this study was to assess the transcriptomic responses in guts dissected from Daphnia magna individuals exposed to concentrations of selected compounds that peroduced low and high inhibitory effects on feeding. Chemical treatments included Cd, Cu, fluoranthene, l-cyalothrine and the cyanotoxin anatoxin a.
