Unravelling the heterogeneous molecular landscape of pediatric post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders

(Submitter supplied) It is unknown whether pediatric monomorphic post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (mPTLD) display similar genetic features than the immunocompetent counterpart and if they resemble adult mPTLD.
