Transcriptome changes in cardiomyocytes isolated from a rat model of progressive heart failure

(Submitter supplied) Heart failure is among the leading causes of death globally. Ventricular failure progresses through a hypertrophic compensatory phase followed by failure of the ventricle function through rapid decompensation.
