Expression analysis of Arabidopsis mpk11 mutant treated with flg22

(Submitter supplied) Arabidopsis MPK11 is activated and plays a role in the flg22 sensing. Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) mediate cellular signal transduction during stress responses, as well as diverse growth and developmental steps in eukaryotes. Pathogen infection or treatment with conserved pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) such as the bacterial flagellin-derived flg22 peptide are known to activate three Arabidopsis thaliana MAPKs, MPK3, MPK4 and MPK6. more...

The miniarray (Arabidopsis Pathoarray) 464_001

(Submitter supplied) This set includes 576 oligonucleotides, 50 to 70-mers, consisting of 464 Arabidopsis pathogen-responsive and 107 Arabidopsis normalization genes and 5 arbitrary spiked-controls. Each feature contains 0.9mg/ml of oligonucleotide above and 0.25mg/ml of calibration oligonucleotide. Protocol: The arrays were printed in the Stanford Functional Genomics Facility with custom built microarrayers. Oligonucleotides were printed with a 200μm pitch onto Corning UltraGAPS slides at a concentration of 50 μM in Pront! Universal Spotting Solution. more...
