SNP-based LOH of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)

(Submitter supplied) High frequency of loss of heterozygosity (LOH) at locus D4S2964 was found in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by our previous studies and others’. The present study was designed to explore genes around the locus affected by LOH and their clinical implications. 440 SNPs located at 49 genes around D4S2964 were selected from NCBI website for the SNPs microarray fabrication. SYSUCC human 440 SNPs around D4S2964

(Submitter supplied) One volume of probe was mixed with 4 vol of microarray printingsolution,EZ'nBrite (distributed by GenBase Biosciences Corp.),for a final concentration of 40μM for each probe in the wells of the 384-well plates. Probes were then spotted onto the washed glass slides by using the microarray spotter, a SmartArrayTM-136 printer (CapitalBio Inc., Beijing,China), under a humidity of 50% to 55% and temperature of 22℃ to 25℃.
