Celecoxib pre-treatment in human colorectal adenocarcinoma patients.

(Submitter supplied) Pharmacological inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) is being explored as a chemotherapeutic option because COX-2 protein expression is often elevated in many cancers.
