Summary |
Mouse distal colons were preserved snap frozen in RNAlater, homogenized in Trizol Reagent. A total of 100 ng of RNA per sample were used for hybridization and run on the XT_PGX_MmV2_Inflammation_CSO 248 gene panel for multiplexed semi-quantitative analysis of colonic RNA markers of inflammation.

Overall design |
Gene expression of TRUC mice treated with the anti-p40 monoclonal antibody and the BI 706039, and their relative controls, were analyzed from the customized 248 mouse gene Nanostring panel. The raw counts from Ncounter were normalized to housekeeping gene, GAPDH, then log2 transformed, followed by non-parametric T-test with homes-Bonferroni adjustment. T
