Title |
Myeloid Cell Derived IL1b Contributes to Pulmonary Vascular Remodeling in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Goals and objectives of this study were to determine by bulk RNA-sequencing transcriptomic changes that occur in the lungs of a murine model of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction caused by administration of high fat diet and eNOS inhibitor L-NAME.

|
Overall design |
Four C57/BL6 mice each were given either a combination of high fat diet and L-NAME or control (low fat diet with no L-NAME) for 5 weeks. Lungs were isolated after sacrifice, enzymatically digested, separately labeled with hashing antibodies, and submitted for single cell RNA sequencing.
